He said he was sick of it being on his farm and that he had hinted a few times for me to move it. I guess hitting it with a truck is a hint. He had a party at his farm and decided to start it on fire for entertainment.

I really am looking for suggestions on what to do. I only found out about this last night. He thinks he can claim abandoned property if I take any legal action, but I dont think that is the case if I still have the title. Any ideas?

Jeez, walk away from the entire family for a while even to the point pf putting hundreds of miles between you. The longer you stay and fix everyone up every week the more they will suck from you.

Oh, my, fucking, god....... Im in awe. If this was my bro, and he was doing this shit to me, I honestly would make him dissapear. I dont think he would be missed by many it sounds like. And not just for burning my car, but for being such a dick hole in life. He is an epic fail.

yeah, they are. they are very unhappy but pretty much allow him to continue this way. they yell at him or threaten to kick him out, but it hasn't amounted to anything. my dad pays the bills when my brother can't. rightfully so, he has to protect his own credit. his failure was cosigning on the property and paying the downpayment in the first place.

But, good luck getting your brother enlisted. Sounds like to me he wouldn't pass the psychiatric evaluation, plus you can't just make someone join as far as I'm aware. I leave for boot camp in August for the Marines and in no way do I want that looney toon anywhere near me.
