As well as being more fun, it will also let you figure out any true weak points to the car's ability's. Might save you from doing mods that wont make any diffrence, or will have a negative affect.

For my car, the steering is numb and kind of a slow ratio. I notice this most when I try other cars (Evo and Miata so far). I end up getting the car turned in too early on cones.
