The accident will show up in a claims history report and affect rates from that stand point and it will list the driver name at the time. That kind of accident is always chargeable. If the driver was issued a ticket then it will be on your MVR report and the driver rates will be affected from that.

Let the insurance companies sort it out. Everyone pays for PIP so minor injuries should not be a problem. If a lawsuit does happen I hope you had higher than minimum liability. The average auto liability lawsuit in MN is just over $220,000.
