Thank you John for popping online tonight at this hour. That's what I was hoping to hear. I'm guessing that the first seal was probably ok last week also now that I seen how this one is also.... Heck, i even modified my billet chunk of aluminum in the lathe so that it wouldn't even touch that outer lip when pressing it in. I couldn't of been more careful and thorough when installing. And with the 2 guide pins, you can't mess up the centering of the housing. I do understand if it was line honed though. But in my case, it was not at all.
