yes this is the better of the evo 3 turbos,

the gt is ported and i believe has a larger wastegate

There is only one "real" evo 3 turbo, the one Mitsubishi Heavy Industries makes. That is not one. Real 16Gs you can buy are, "small" 16G, Big 16G, and the 16G that was produced for the Lancer Evolution 3, the Evo 3 16G.

Any "GT" version is.. pretty much... inferior.
