The formula I posted is based on E-85 stoch being 33% richer then gasoline. its a starting point based on true 85% ethanol. every car is going to different to dial and the % of ethanol were getting right now probly isnt 85% because of colder wether.

In a thread from a few months back, Shane mentioned that there's a simple way to measure it I think. When I asked if he had any links, he never responded again. I'd sure like to find a easy way to tell. Otherwise, I'm just keeping an eye on my wideband and my knock and changing the tune as I notice those changing.
What's everyone using for deadtime on their 1600's? I'm using PTE 1600's and I am running 405 deadtime with global at -52%. I ohmed them out awhile back to, and I can't remember exactly but I think they were around 4.5 ohms each. |
