What I would do if your ever going to buy things off ebay or trader is Collect on Delivery from UPS. That means that they ship the product to you through UPS, all they have to do is check a box on a form when they bring it to UPS. Then its mailed to you and you have to pay the UPS man when it comes to your door. If its not the right part then ship it right back to them without even paying for it. If its all good them you pay UPS and they pay him.

That is what Id do... I was going to try it with some guys on tuners but he said no and wanted a money order. Well thats too bad Im not getting scammed I told him.

Most of the issue is not with paypal or ebay.. its the crooked people in this world that should be taken out of the geene pool!!!! Send them all to Australia damn it!!!

Enlist the help of the NABR Mofia. I had a huge problem with Ken Bacon of Indy Race Cores. I called my flappy head buddy Marco(Magnus Motorsports) and he put pressure on Ken to fix his shit. I got 1 call form Ken saying the core would be there in 3 days. It never showed. Post your delima on NABR froums.......someone will hook him up.

This is what I had to do:
3 months later and no contact with Ken; I reported IRC for credit card fraud and got my money back.

I know and I dont know why... they cant get screwed and its the easiest way to go...

It does cost like 5 bucks more than avg shipping though... but Id say its worth it.

its because no one, well cept maybe for cher, sits at home all day waiting for the UPS man to come and give him the money...

Sorry. Thought you said ebay. I got screwed out of $140 for an SAFC from a guy in Washington state named Neil Fowlie. Little fucker took my money and ran. I filed with Paypal but they came up with nothing so far.

Yea that is a problem but thats why they leave a note on your door and you can go pick it up at a UPS store.... Not a big deal I guess... but maybe Im just more cautious than some of you.
