Hey sorry about your guys experience with him! If it make you feel better I dont have the title yet. He said next week for sure. I have been going over the car and trying to find things wrong but there isnt much. It has NO rust! and there are just a couple little dings but thats about it. I almost want to keep it after im done. I washed and waxed the hatch and it looks really nice. So Shane I think Im gonna see if david wants to buff her up when it gets running.

If he doesn't give you the title you could always force transfer. But i think that gets pretty expensive if i remeber right

He's not the owner of the car. His buddie owes him money and gave him the car as payment. Who knows there might be a lien on it.

That's too bad a few people got the shaft through MNSC, but like someone said, shit happens. Good luck rebuilding it.

Its OK. I have too many projects. I hope the car works out for you. Make sure he gives you the title. I wouldn't want to see another fellow DSMer get shafted.

Looks like your future is in selling cars. This is exactly what I was doing 7-8 years ago, now I just sell a lot nicer cars that I don't have to fix.

Ive had my eye on selling cars. But I kinda want to continue fixing them and selling them. But Im sure Ill get sick of it.

UPDATE:
Finished most of the car today. I started it up and it ran first try, with the exception of dying because I didnt have the MAF plugged in. but ran smooth after that! Only a few things left to do like Bleed the clutch, Put the tires on, fix a couple tiny leaks, get a new BOV(stock 2G one) I believe that is it. So Im thinkin by tomorrow she will be on the road!
