Do you ever have anything positive to say? A 3S is more overweight than the 335i and its also overpriced in my opinion but I dont rip on them... To each their own.

Look here for more info if you want to read that it actually puts down more power than its rated at:

BMW is ok, but way too overpriced. Not as much as mercedes, the most craptastic "per-dollar" car you can get.

At least it's turbo'd, but too bad they didn't reduce the engine size to something like 2.3 liters.

Re: BMW 335i

Why is that too bad? This thing sounds bad ass! Needs a big-ass turbo under that hood though.

I guess he means "Too bad I can't afford one."

3.0L divided by 6 = .5L per cyl. (N54)
2.0L divided by 4 = .5L per cyl. (4g63)

Bore/Stroke
81mm/90mm (N54)
85mm/88mm (4g63)

Each cylinder is pretty closely matched. Imagine if we could add 2 more cylinders to our engines for a 50% power increase.

You can bet Dinan or AC Schnizter will put together an upgrade kit to wake it up.

Well shouldnt 2 more cylinders on our engines give us a 50% power increase??

Not a bad looking car...would it come in a manual ... AWD version that is. And what kinda gear box will it have? 6sp or 5sp?

Re: BMW 335i

Pretty sure it will come in a AWD versiona and I think its 6 speed.

Oh yea the aftermarket will get on this car and with a chip, exhaust and intake 400hp easy here we come.

6-speed manual or 6-speed auto AWD

Re: BMW 335i

That's not a bad starting price. I just sold an '06 330i for a customer and she paid full sticker for it a year ago, $41,750 plus extended warranties and such. Six-speed car, pretty light on options. Plus it's nice to see the 3-series coupe again, the 6-series coupe is dope. I'll be putting one on my lot when they dip into the $3x,xxx range. :D

And the 4 year/50K mile maintenance program will pay for all those clutches you go through at the track. :D

Not necessarily. ;)

BMW goodwill will allow one (1) to be changed under warranty, the rest you turn into "kitty hair" at your own expense. :D
