hey brian, lets try to meet down on uni one night..I MIGHT be able to make you a bracket for the safc or something..I also know of places you can get it, so it's not just "thrown" or stuck to the dash, or something.

It all depends on an almost infinite amount of factors.

You can make generalizations, but they are only generaly correct at very best.

Generally, my conquest would whip anyone on here's car's ass.

Since I know not you or your setup, you just MIGHT be correct!

I hope that you do realize that if you plan on running higher boost levels, you do not want to enlarge the size of your wastegate flapper, unless you plan some sort of spring modification.

dont the tial 38mm w/g's have a spring that controlls the boost? And please explain how I would go about enlarging my w/g flapper. I have pulled my tubo and I am familiar with the stock internal w/g and the flapper. But can't I just weld the flapper?

Nevermind what I've been saying, I thought you were going with a 38mm internal wastegate.

Woofta! I got a little scared. I've learned my lesson about posting things w/o researching things before and I was totally lost for a second.

I'll doubt that. I will try you in my new $2500 beater when I figure out the shift linkage issue.

I usd to just wire the safc into the glove box and mount it in there as people wouldn't be able to see it and you can lock it between tunes. It didn't look too bad having the Safc and AVC-R mounted in there before.

What manifold are you getting? Why are you using an external on the big 16G? Do you plan on upgrading? If not, I guess I would have just ordered the 38mm flapper for the turbo as they are much cheaper.

Swifty1638 05-25-2006 07:37 AM

as far as I was told the turbo has an upgraded flapper brian..i'll hafta look into that.
