Uh, I still have my pee-on to get me there...

Re: Mitsubishi Day at LSE Performance -- April 29th
That's too far in the future to even think about. I bet I will be there.

Re: Mitsubishi Day at LSE Performance -- April 29th
Sounds like a lot of fun!

Re: Mitsubishi Day at LSE Performance -- April 29th
I will definitely be there. Probably with 2 or 3 other DSMs.

Re: Mitsubishi Day at LSE Performance -- April 29th
Wait now I'm confused. Have this "Mitsu Day" and the Dyno day merged into one big Mitsu Nut fest on the 30th? Or is there two seperate events one day right after another?
|
Re: Mitsubishi Day at LSE Performance -- April 29th
2 seperate events. The All Mitsu Day is posted for Sat from noon till 4. The DSMStyle.com Spring opener is Sunday from 10am till god only knows when.

Also, I know there are gonna be a fair number of DSMers that are gonna have to choose which event to go to. Therefore, both events will be hurt by that. Even though its pretty obvious to me that AJ's event is a direct hijack of the one I was trying to put on, I think I'm just going to cancel the Mitsu Day on the 29th. By blood is already boiling from this and it ain't worth it to continue. I know AJ didn't intentionally set his event up to piss on mine, but the fact that he can't see now that is what is happening, is disappointing. I've tryed to work with him, but he doesn't want to combine the events. He wants a DSMstyle only event. So I'm bowing out. later, Curt |
Re: Mitsubishi Day at LSE Performance -- April 29th
I think it'll be cool to have two seperate events, that way one day the coordinators of one event can come and relax, play and talk, and the other day they get to...organize! I'll be attending both events reguardless, and am considering hosting a booze-and-tune (or should it be booze-or-tune?) event at my place in the city on that Saturday night to form a bridge between the two events, while not interfearing with either.
This will be the best weekend ever! |
Re: Mitsubishi Day at LSE Performance -- April 29th
When the fuck did this become my fault. There is no reason why there can't be 2 events. I don't see it being any different than the dyno event happening the following week or even the week before.
I have the Dyno Day post on one site, this site and only this site. Thus it's a DSMStyle.com event. The All Mitsu event is posted on every mitsu/SC site out there. That's what I wanted to avoid with the dyno day and thus didn't want to combine them. |
Re: Mitsubishi Day at LSE Performance -- April 29th
Wow.... I thought we were all grown ups around here.

Re: Mitsubishi Day at LSE Performance -- April 29th
I was also planning on attending both events.

Re: Mitsubishi Day at LSE Performance -- April 29th
Hey guys,
Thanks for all the input over the last few days. It does look like there is a good percentage of DSMers that are planning on going to both events. Also, we may be able to get a few out of towners to make the trip if there are back to back events. Hopefully that will outweigh the people who will choose one event over the other. I hope to meet up with Josh next week and start planning stuff and make some more announcements after that. later, Curt |
