I miss read your sig, nice numbers for the boost and intake manifold setup. I should sell my 4202 and buy a billet 67.

^lmao. only you.
Considering a 6262 has been proving to hit 700whp I think a 6765 should fit the bill pretty good.

2011 looks like it could be a fun year for the mitsu crowd.

The 6262 seems sweet....but the more graphs I have seen the more it looks like the HTA3582 owns it....do people just not like the price on the HTA stuff? Or am I missing something?

Exactly the reason I sold my GT42R.

Basically for half the price you get a turbo that is almost as good or good enough for the price break, plus I might be wrong the HTA BB stuff isn't as cheap to rebuild if needed.

I'd say for 90% of street/drag cars nothing bigger than a 6262 is needed, it'll make power to 8500-9kish on a 2L.

Plus for these 42R guys, the smaller physical size would probably be a lot easier to work with.

So it is the price...k...the low end/mid power of the HTA seem more than enough for me to want that over the 6262 if it was a street car. Pure drag car, it wouldn't matter though I suppose.

You should know as well as most that the dsm community was mostly known for cheap asses!! So, Yeah price is a big deal for most!!! The 6262 is amazing so is the hta!

BB is always more to rebuild Aaron! :)

Just FYI (lower = better spool, higher=bigger top-end):
Hta3582 < 6262 < hta3586 < 6765 < hta6794 (I think that's what it's called)

All are T3 35r platform but the pte turbos end up being a few hundred bucks less. The pte billet67 is pretty win! Continually impressed with it the last year or so.

Naw, its to much of a pain in the ass to change jets lol. I'm doing such a small shot anyways a single fogger will do just fine.

Just a small update on parts being gathered. Tci Outlaw shifter, Nx nitrous express wet kit, Sheet metal intake manifold, and a Q45 throttle body to start off. Plus a spy pic of the new car in the garage :)
