Also, I'm curious as to why someone who isn't interested in something is expected to give a damn about what the terminology is for it. Piggy back, standalone, I couldn't give a flying fuck what it's called, I'm not going to use one. I want to do ECU-based tuning because of the flexibility it provides in mapping.

Oh, right, maybe because I'd have to sell it and buy a $500 shitbox Honda if I do, because that's likely all I'd be able to get for it from a salvage yard, considering that would be my only option in the short period of time I'd need to replace it in. That's a loss of of about $6500 at that point, and over only 8 months. So no, I'm not going to risk blowing anything up.

And why the fuck is my car everyone else's concern? It's mine, not yours, I'll do what the fuck I want with it, whenever the fuck I want to do it.
