FYI:

Some of the tools I'm bringing

Craftsman 1xx piece set.
Threaded timing tensioner tool
breaker bar
Torque Wrench
gear wrenches
timing light
various hand tools (screw drivers, pliers, cutters, allan, sockets, etc)
pry bar
compression tester

I am nto bringing a jack or jackstands. Hoping someone else is bringing theirs and we can share if need be.

Also planning to bring one of those tiny propane grills.

I have access to a full shop with lifts if anybody needs something fixed. I would be more than willing to help anyone. Its only about 2 miles from the track if needed.

I'll be bringing all of my tools as well. Won't be quite as comprehensive as some people's, but they've served me well at random intervals.

I'll be up probably around 6:30-7 tomorrow.

Plugs, coils, boots, wires, and the car's running great. It's time to go break something.

How did the weather treat you guys last night? Newton, IA was in storm warnings till 3am, and an extremely close lightning strike (had to have hit somewhere here at the track) woke me up around 4am. Skies are clearing up now, though!

Trevor and I rippled it up on the autoX course this morning!!! Got 11 good runs in. I gave a ton of rides, including chukee, chris Carey, and my dad!

I hen ran my first drag run ever I ran a 13.3@106mph. Wahoo! Grabbing some lunch then gonna get back out there. Los of cars breaking/ or need tweeking. Weather is hot&muggy but dry today!

Jim ran an 11.3 and Trevor's best so far is 11.8@125. Lots of FAST looking cars!

This has been an awesome test and tune session for me. The first pass was 10.2 @ 152.5. It bogged on the second pass off the line. The third pass was 9.9 @ 148. I was warned to slow down. I hope to improve the 60 foot tomorrow!
