I have not had a chance to get the skin yet (we are trying to get the whole car from them) I will not be putting it on till winter any way or in the spring. It comes down to if I have time to do it and have one of the other cars to drive in the winter.

Have you considered painting th body, and not the roof? and then doing the roof later? have you decided on a final color? sorry, I just noticed your avatar changed, and assumed to clicked some more pics.....

If I caned it I would have to strip the whole car down and start over. So that will not be happing. I am not a honda boy that will can there car flat black.

Maybe pink to match the valve cover? Then powder coat the IC piping to match too, oh, and the wheels. It'd look like you work for Mary K. Cosmetics. haha!

I am also picking up my roof skin tomorrow
and a few other parts off that car to resell for a big profit for me
200.00 for the skin,rear disk brake set up (only came on a few mirages from canada) and the 1.8 taced gauge cluster

I can get 250.00+ for the disk setup
and 50+ for the cluster

I have changed my mind on the paint agin. It will be painted like a old hot rod
it will be a velvet blue with a flat clear coat and have a gloss black roof and will have it pinstriped to get rig of the hard line and on trunk for the badges

lol. are you going to just do the top part or are you going to do that type of thing where you chop the pillars? If you do, you should chop the top down about 2" and get some gold m'f'in daytons on that B.
