I see a lot of the GSX/TSi owners have a boost controller.
My question here is by every time you change your boost what do you do with the tune, timing, fuel?
Let’s say you’re running at 12lb and then you adjust it to 16lb, is this all you have to do or there is something else I'm not aware off.

All things being equal, and only the boost going up, the ECU will handle it. 16 psi is safe on 93 octane if the your car is running properly. If you change base fuel pressure, injector size, MAF, etc., then you will need a way to adjust the tuning.

You try to keep it at one boost level and tune it for that setting. If you plan on running different boost levels and different fuels, then people will usually either write down the settings and manually put them into something like an S-AFC when they change the boost. Or if their tuning device can hook up to a laptop, then they just save different maps and load then in as needed. There usually isn't any reason to run less boost than your car can safely handle on a specific fuel. If you don't need to go as fast or don't want to waste as much gas, then you just don't push the throttle pedal down as far.
