That was in the last car craft event here in MN "old video by the way"
The strap was on the exhaust and when it melted of course the car ran a way.
Also this is one of TNT's cars.

My father was standing right in front of it taping when it came off. The strap broke AFTER the operator let off.

that woulda sucked if it went right off that lil stand... not exactly a car you can just go get another one of...
