I like Ski Doo the best actually. I have riden a few Yamahas and they are ok. The newer SVX sleds are pretty fast I have heard. I just like the XC overall for trail riding and speed.

Ski-doo rules!!! They pretty much pioneer the sport also. First one to come out with the variable exhaust valve. First one to come out with the REV style of sleds.

First one to come out with the self adjusting jets on the carbs, no matter what altitude you are at or what temperatures, the sled will run the same. State of the art technology.
The new ones are all nice in their own ways though. Its all about personal preference. I won't say one sucks totally, but I just have my own personal preference. I have owned every kind except a Yamaha and I like Ski Doo the best overall. But like I said Polaris is right up there, and the Artic Cat I like the least other than the way they ride. They aren't very dependable in my experiences with them.

In my opinion pretty much every new sled that is a 600 is totally awesome.

Yeah i don't talk down on any of the other manufacturers either. They all have their share of problems from time to time. Heck I've broken down on the trail with my Doo. Who was the first to come out with reverse? I'm referring to the reverse that actually the motor spins entirely the other direction? Was that Skidoo too or Yamaha?
Ski Doo came out with reverse, RER, where the motor spins the othere direction.

Anywhere to go and look at a list of trails in the metro area to ride on? I haven't even rode my 00 xc sp 700.

I haven't been snowmobiling all year this year. It's depressing actually. Hopefully soon though. Shittygears [Alec] was talking about throwing me on a sled and putting me in a womens race. haha We'll see how that works out...
