Dirka dirka. I have found that huge amounts of food can take the drugs place. I have to say that the weight I lost over the summer...itsa back!

Beat your face until you forget about cough syrup, food, and whatever else might seem important...like breathing. That usually fixes just about everything.

take a trip (no pun) to a foreign contry, preferably somewhere hot like messico for a week, that'll clear your mind.
