I'm guessing you raised the rev limiter on your setup. That turbo would barely be making boost by 7500 on a 2.0. ;)
nah, i left it at 7500 since I knew it would hit peak before then. It doesn't spool till 6k on the dyno :D, but it is about 500rpm faster on the street. People still hit peak torque before 6k with a magnus ;)

I think this turbo was a T4 .81 though.
I had a PTE 3767 with a T3 .63a/r exhaust housing on it. With my 2.0 I had 30psi by 5500 or so, reved it to 8000 and made "550" whp on 110 octane, safe tune. I would put a good clutch in there asap, that will help a lot.

When I sold it to him, it had a T4 .68, which is roughly equivalent to a T3 .82

Yep, its the .68 t4 with a p trim. I will probably upgrade to a BB one of these days. For now, all funds are being put towrds the shortblock.

What did it make in SAE? STD is an old obsolete correction factor that is mainly used to over exaggerate the HP numbers when it is hot out.

I only got this sheet form the shop. I have always heard that the STD inflates the numbers more, but it sure wasn't too much of a difference. Maybe it was the cool temps or relatively low output.
