FWD sucks major ass. Drove my sisters FWD car today and got stuck right as I got to the end of the driveway. I didn't take my GSX cause the tranny is acting up.. big mistake. Once you drive and AWD car, you just can't drive FWD esp in the snow.

Ahhhh love the snow. Nash and I have our snowmobiles all loaded up and ready to go tomorrow. Starting off in Hinkley and riding 75 miles to Duluth on the State Trail to visit my parents and then riding back. With some side trails along the way I am sure.
Snow is all what you make of it, you just have the wrong hobbies if you don't like it. Get a fast snowmobile. They are almost better than a fast car, kind of like riding a crotch rocket on snow.
The key to FWD is carrying enough speed to get out of every situation without getting stuck.
Oh, and not hitting anything while you do that. Easier for me since I drive at 4am. Its pretty nice actually. It also helps to drive a car that you dont care about, so you can set fire to it when it flips over in a swamp.
It only took an hour to get from Mankato to Minnetonka this morning. The roads were kind rough but there was hardly any traffic. The way home was another story. There was a mile stretch of 169 south where there were 6 4x4 pickups spun out in the ditch. We had no problems in the Bonneville though. I think the biggest delay was food and beer at Shakopee Applebees.
Our drive in this morning wasn't too bad. I think it took an extra 20 min or so. The ride home was actually better than most days. I was very surprised.

My drive to work was just fine, that was probably only because it was 4AM. One good thing about snow, overtime at work for plowing, bad thing 12+ hour shifts.

The temperature currently in Connecticut is 13 degrees.
I hate my life.
Last night the FedEx guy stopped by the house at about 9:30... at night.
Must have been a rough day for him.
