I need someone to come here to put on and set the tension on a motor out of the car today (Monday) if possible. I don't trust myself getting the tension right and I don't want to have to pull the head again after. Let me know how much you would want and when you would be able to come. I live in Hopkins. I should be here most of the day.

you won't trust yourself, yet you'll trust some random DSMer? Honestly, with info you get from good sites (VFAQ), it is no problem. Just take your time and do it right. If I were up in the area, I would help you out though.
My water pump blew over winter break last year, and in a few days I got everything figured out, and it's been fine ever since. Since then, I also did my galant timing belt and right now a friend and I are doing his valve stem seals.
Learn by doing; we're all here to answer questions :-)
I do not trust myself on the tension. I am not in a "hmmm, lets guess" attitude towards my timing components. I have put one on before but I do not trust myself on feeling the balance shaft to make sure it is aligned. The one before was aligned when I took it off so no need to worry. There was also a squeeling which came from the belt on my guessing of the tension. It went away (not an acc belt squeel). If anyone is around, LMK.

If you dont find anyone by this weekend, I can probably help you out if I come up to get that T-case. I'm not sure on the plans yet but I was thinking about coming up that way.

That would work. Just let us know when you would be able to come and how much you want.
