My truck is still broke and since it has been sitting I think water dryed into something. Now I still have no brakes and My sreptine belt won't spin..Sold the truck for 2g's!
That was funny shit. I could hear the truck last night trying to rock itself our of the mud and get traction. They lost 4WD in the front and where going nowhere fast once the back wheels got caked and slick. They also started smoking bad and I think popped a headgasket and they also ran out fo gas in the process.
It was a nice sized Bronco though, but damn that pit has claimed it's share of trucks in the process.

I think I'm going to hit up the mud pit tonight before applebee's. Hopefully I don't get stuck :)
I was over there 2 nights ago and it was looking pretty rought. There is a 2nd abondoned truck now as well. After a good rain that place will be sloppy!

Yeah, it doesn't look like a very good place to leave your vehicle overnight. Those trucks are F'd in a major way.
There wasn't too much mud around yesterday but then again the only other time I have been there it had rained for 4 days straight.
It also looked like somebody had re-created the fax machine beatdown scene from the movie officespace. Fax/Copy machine carcass everywhere :p

There's a spot like that (i'd assume like it) in plymouth right down by my house, and for a long time they had a huge console TV sitting in the field. Might still be there. really funny. Good times were had in that mud pit. I rode with Phillipe Lopez who was on the timberwolves in his H1 hummertruck. Running over trees for the win.

Damn, this makes me want to go out and buy a jacked-up truck.
We took my dad's F350 through some stuff like this and wound up getting hung up on the axles. We had 2 big C10 Chevys out there trying to pull it out, and actually wound up ripping the winch off one of them. We had to camp out till morning when the construction crew showed up and rescued the truck. It was a blast though.
I also know of a place like this out in Prior Lake if anyones interested?
