I'm in double digits now! Not cranky yet, so far so good.

The test will be if I can hold out while drinking and playing cards this weekend.

My dad smoked several packs a day. After having a mild heart attack in '95 he quit cold turkey. It's better to stop now and live a longer happier life.

It's getting a bit tougher, and I tend to have my hand in the candy jar at work a bit more often.
