Hey guys whats up? I'm Back!
I'm Stuart and have been off the board for a year or so (though I've stopped by to read every once and a wile). I kinda stopped stopping by because my school blocked this type of fourm and I was too buisy at home... and I kinda started reading Dakota boards.
Well I've been inspiried to come back because I can actually learn stuff on this site.
For the new guys or thoses who don't remember:
My name is Stuart and I am from Chattanooga, Tennessee (Never even been to MN lol)
I am curently DSM-Less so I guess my name should be WannaBuildADSM.
I got into DSM through my brother (AKA Boost Junkie) by helping him build his Daily driven GSX.
I don't have a DSM yet but I got the tow truck down. I have an 01 Dodge Dakota 4.7L V8 5- speed with a few mods.
I have been around on the board and I believe that I was actually the 50th member about three years ago but I just took some time off I guess.
I guess I got reinspired to start posting again after going to the Import Showdown in GA sunday (Importshowdown.com) made by GADSM.org.
Stuart
Sorry for the long post.

Ohh here is my baby.
I know it is about as far from a dsm as possable but it can defanantly tow one.
It is an 01 Dodge Dakota with the 4.7L V8 5-speed Two wheel drive (no snow in TN). Its a fun truck which should be able to got mid to upper 14's but hey its a truck. It will also spin the tires through 3 gear. (Insert old shifter smilie which i can't find)
Since the picture mods have been:
K&N FIPK (I love it)
20% window tint.
Class 3 trailer hitch (to tow boats/ DSM's)
Under rail tool box
New in channel vent visors replace the broken ones which came w/ it.
Custom CNC racing pedals (It helps alot w/ heel toe shifting and when pulling a boat out of the water especally with wet feet)
Umm i'm sure there are a few other small things like new boring new floor mats and stuff...
Ohh and I am curently working on exhaust.

Its a daily driven 97 GSX
Sunday it went 11.5 At 125 with a poor 1.88 sixty foot (poor track prep)
still on the stock motor that came with it 115K miles ago.
Ohh and it drove 4 hours to the race and 4 hours home.

Thanks! I am glad to be back and sorry it took a wile to respond but I have been out of town.
Jake I saw you got a Dakota now. Looks good guess you needed something more than the chevy... Wait it isn't allans old dakota is it?
The one I read the most would be dakotausa.com and then dakotatrucks.com
everyonce and a wile I read over at Dakota-Durango.com but I haven't registered yet. It is really pretty big. Most of the time I you will find me on dakotausa.
Oh I'm SLT Kota over there...
Thanks again guys.

Nope, mine is one my parents purchased new in '99. I wanted to sell my S-10, they liked it, so we swapped vehicles.
