Well Joe people use body filler to mold their body kits to their cars. Bondo can crack over time. I'm not a body guy, but I'm sure if its applied right, and its in an area it won't flew much, it should be ok. Maybe if you used that Bonda thats reinforced with fiberglass... I think it gives it a little flexibility. Get that shit on there so you can get your car painted already.

I used bondo on mine but i would definatly NOT recommend using it again, especially if your using a poly sides. They make a poly filler, thats basically polyurithane that would work a million times better and look 2 million times better. I cant remember what its called. i know its a little more money but definatly worth it.

If you push your car to any limits, molding a body kit on is a waste of time and money. Further more, if you mold a body kit on... you can never take it off. I mean you could... but you would have to strip the paint / bondo / duraglass / body kit down the the metal and start all over. That takes MUCHO time. My buddy has the entire kit on his car and he now regrets the shit out of it ;(
To each their own, but I wouldn't put them on in the first place. If you can find any, try located some filler that has the same base element as your skirts. That will assure the best bond of materials.
Be sure to post any questions as you go if you need help. I'd be glad to give you some help if you need it.
