I decided to drive my car this winter after basicly everybody told me to drive it. But i want to get the underbody coated before winter just to try and keep things from rusting too bad. Where would i go to get this done??

You can buy it in spray cans. Most people I know want to scrape underbody coating off to save weight though. :)

Yeah, but i don't want it rusting to shit though, and how much can that stuff actually weigh?

I dont think it weighs too much. Its pretty much just rubber in a can. It can get to be a messy job with all the dripping. If you dont go crazy and add like 3 inches of undercoat, then you shouldn't have to worry about how much it weighs. On the other hand more weight might = better traction during winter... :D hahaha.

Why don't you just buy a can of undercoating from checker and do it yourself. WallMart even has it. Jack it up a little, slide under and spray away

You just spray it on. However, if you have rust, it's not going to cure it or anything. It will hold it off for a little while, but don't expect it to never re-appear. To do it the right way, you would need a nice clean surface so it applies correctly and adhears better.

5-4dollars a can or some shit at advanced auto parts in savage. You can get the shit anywhere. Just like someone said, it's rubber in a can that comes out in "liquid" form and dries to a rubberish material.

If you want someone else to do it I can find out who does it where I used to work? (Rudy Luther Toyota) I think it was called P and L.

It'll be easier with a full-car lift. That why it doesnt get all over yourself and you'll have more space to work with.....but how many people here have their own full car lift in their garage...:D. I did mine at school so I got lucky.

I did it on my old car and it definetely helps. Just clean the underbody jack up the car so you can slide under the whole thing and take the painted edges with paper haging down so you dont overspray all over. It will overspray becuase that stuff is pretty nasty. Get the good stuff 3M makes.
