I talked to him last night--classic case of getting ff'd by the state of MN. Happens to way too many people.

A buddy of mine that lives up in North Dakota got pulled over last week for weighing 101,500 lbs in a restricted area where he was not supposed to weigh over 40,000 lbs. The fine total started at $24,000 but he was able to talk the cop down to $2000 by paying cash on the spot.

How the hell do people get away with fining somone $600. You would have to get every moving violation possible or your would have to be unsafe to drive on the road.

and 600 isnt really shit in the state of minnesota. I got a $600 fine for buying alcohal underage.
and in one day i got 4 tickets before noon that ended up costing like $4-500. 2 no front plate, one parking and one speeding.
