New tranny, now its ticking

I was working on a friends gvr4 today, and the he bolted the tranny to the motor, and me and some other friends put everything else back on. And now theres a loud ticking noise, but it goes away after the cluth is depressed.

Any ideas on what could cause this???

Any help would be greatly appreciated. :D

Probably the Throw out Bearing. Either it wasnt installed correctly or maybe something is wrong with it?

ill tell the guy, hes probably not going to be too happy about pulling that tranny out again!
