all that would be different for tuning with a chipped ECU is that the fuel compensation would be 0 or closer than if you were tuning with 450s.

Actually if it is chipped correctly it will keep you in the correct timing maps vs. just turning down the fuel with a SAFC.

No idea. Forsfed on here had the car when the ECU was tampered with.
