What dyno are you all using? What correction factor are you all using?

Its a Dynoject 248c. We use SAE correction. With the weather and altitude around here, the correction factors usually end up being in the .99 to 1.04(when it's really hot out) range, so the numbers don't get too out of wack. The dyno most of us use seems to ready a tiny bit lower than some of the other local Dynojets, but I am talking only like 5-10whp on a car making over 400whp.

Everyone should stop Crying about this. I dont see one person thats talking on here Except Cher, and Shane that has seen 130 in the 1/4. Go get your cars and run 130mph traps then talk. I dont see why everyone is putting Chris down for having a fast car. It is a fast car hands down. If none of you really believe me. Then race him. I'm sure hes down for it.

No crying here. Just stating what I noticed. Trap speed is more of a function of power versus anything else. Thats why I said it sounded flat when I heard it, and its probably making mid-low 500ish whp.
I know its a fast car, I remember when we made something like 434awhp at 4500rpm on rs motors dyno, around 20-25psi (I don't remember the figures exactly, but it was around that hp at around that psi, so that car has much potential). So how about you untwist your panties kevin?
I don't think one person on this board is ripping on him. It'll haul out, thats for sure, just a matter of time.

It is in Minneapolis at Elite Autosport where I work.

Elite has a dyno (minneapolis) that they use, and many board members go there as well. RS Motors has an awd dyno, they are in Burnsville, and we use HiTech's dyno here in Ramsey to tune our cars/customer cars.

I was not ripping either, I just stated what I ran last year and no one really took notice, but what ever. Good time, good numbers, I hope the car stays together to run the 10 it has in it. I also ran my car on a dyno out past Delano and made 526whp 464trq with pigibacks and 32psi. Then ran the car at Elite the next week and made 516whp and 454trq, same settings and gas.

All I was saying is that Chris's car is fast, and to me it seemed like everyone was saying its not making the power it should. The car hasnt been on the dyno since a week before the Shoot out. A lot has happen since then and it needs to get back up on the dyno but, thats up to chris and when he can get it up here for it. I was imperssed with the 5th run down the track running a 11.3@130. I could only dream of going that fast as of right now in my car(which isnt running either like everyone elses almost). Sorry I was kinda in a bad mood yesterday when i wrote that I've been having a rough week. Sorry if I offended anyone I didnt intend to.
Kevin.... under Chers name again
