I know many people have done this. I want to know whos done this mainly on DSMstyle both on and off the bottle.
I am planning on doing as much as I possibly can by the end of the racing season on the 14b. I know I wont be running 10's or anything close, but I do want to make a decent pass in comparison to our community.
What setups have ppl used? What boost levels have worked? What track times? What typically breaks ;) These are the sort of things I'd like to know. Thank you for any help I can get!

ryan Mustgofaster's car was pretty quick and it was on a 14b. I think he got a 12.2x. A guy not in dsms anymore who was from around here got a 12.1.

I will ad to the last comment for James. Ryan ran 12.227 I believe on the bottle of his GVR4. An older member 1fast14b ran a 12.1 off the juice at roughly 25 or so psi. I think he pretty much took the lines off the wastegate. He went through a few turbos though and had a bit of weight reduction on cher's old shell. He had a FMIC (now mine), 2600, 660's, walbro, safc, and some nice driving shoes.

I'm not running a 14b, but my T28 seems to do about the same for performance. I've gone 12.63 at 105 awd. Car was knocking so I should go faster and it was around 90 degrees at the track. Mods are full exh, fmic, 550's, dsmlink. Just to name the bigger ones. I believe one of my friends had the same mods with a 14b and did 12.6x as well. Best of luck.
Put an exhaust, FMIC, clutch, and fuel system in and you could be mid 12's easily.

Yeah, don't be like me and spend almost 7K on stuff and still only run 12.7's.....

Cher and Mara ran 12s on the 14B with very few mods. Mara dynoed 296whp on the 14B, with intake, turbo back 2.5" exhaust, boost controller, and a B&M FPR.

My car was slow. 13.0 with out the NAWWS is my best. That's 6th fastest 14B GVR4. Plan on breaking 3 bolt rear axles and killing stock clutches quick. Other than that the rest of the drive train can typically handle everything a 14B has to offer.

Closing in on high 13s now, looking to hit mid/low 13s by end of summer. Setup is FWD tho, bad for 1/4, but good for highway and weight saving!
