Alright for those of you that have not yet head, I belive I blew a rod, the dealership wants to have an estimate on what that would cost to fix.. I HAVE NO IDEA!! What would you all say it would cost to fix a blown rod?? Under the assumption thats all it is. Its a 4G63. Thankyou all for the help, If I dont respond soon, its not because Iam blowing all of you off, its because I have to work at 3:00.
Thankyou all again.

Blew a rod? Like bent a rod or spun a bearing? the motor will have to be taken apart to see what kind of damage there is to the crankshaft, block, piston, and head. A bent 4G63 rod isn't that common.

calling a dealership?? for that??? poor you....
why don't you get a hold of someone at Elite or QPR .. have them diagnose it instead of the satan... .... satan will rape you without vaseline.. a shop will have some curtiousy and put some vaseline at least... plus you will be supporting a local business.

Looks like a good time to upgrade. It'd cost less than going to Satan.
