View Full Version : I'm back, just not with a DSM
Well I've been away from the site for awhile, and after selling the talon I went through a period of not having a car to work on or drive, so I went away from DSMstyle. Hope I'm still welcome here :p . I'm actually seriously impressed with this car, makes me not miss my dsm at all.....even though I'll eventually get another 1g just to work on. I Bought this car with 5k miles on it, not bad for an 03. Has stage 2 w/toys, borla exhaust, CAI, wires, plugs. Miss awd, but from a roll this car is amazing.

Nice car. I've heard of people in the 12's with them. Personally, from a race perspective... i'll never go back to FWD again, period.
I suppose we'll still talk to you ;) Actually, nice car :D

How much did you buy it from and where? I was actually looking at getting one of them for a daily driver. I test drove a few new ones but I don't really want to spend 20k on one. I am more looking in the 15k range or lower. I kinda want an 04 because they have the quaife from the factory if I understand correctly. And yeah they are pretty snappy from a roll, the powerband sucks though because you can't rev the snot out of them but they have plenty of torque from 2k to 5k.
Little over 17k, bought it from the chrysler center here in Minot, ND, 03 and still smelled brand new :) . There's a 03 black srt-4 here in Minot for sale, goin for 13k, I'm going to test drive it tonight for a friend in fargo. There's plenty of torque steer to go around with these cars, too much fun :D
