If you look at Shep's in-car videos he's not exactly holding the wheel straight, ever.

I just really dont like it when people rip on the ones that get to live the life all of us want. It just doesnt make any sense. I'd be more than happy with a mid 8 second car ;) Whether it goes straight or not!

What the hell are you guys even fighting about? I don't see anyone ripping on anyone else. We didn't mean anything bad by saying that the car doesn't go straight. That is the norm for high HP import drag cars, watch some more videos or goto some real races and find out. I have let off in my car before at the track from getting a bit too sideways for my comfort. My is all over the place in 2nd gear on the street and feels like it wants to leave the ground on the bumpy road near Elite. I spent as much time as possible last winter WOT in RWD mode in my truck when it would snow, to get more used to the rear end going all over without letting off. One thing you will notice with the high HP cars like Shep and Rau though, is that when they bog the launch the car often dangerously steers to the right or left once the power comes back. I have seen Rau almost hit the wall before doing that, when he should have just taken it easy down the track after messing up the launch.

Reaction time doesn't matter for 1/4 mile times. The clock doesn't start until you take off.
