I think my car is messed up? I ran a 14.4 at 80 MPH with a 1.9 60'

but i also ran a 14.1 at 92 MPH with a 1.9 60' the first one was on 16 PSI and the other was on 22 PSI

With my mods, i should be in the mid 13s or so?

right?

I have 3 inch turbo back, rewired fuel pump, datalogger, intake filter, MBC was at 16 and 22 psi both were on race gas, UICP, larger outlet off compressor, ported 2g manifold and o2 Housing, and a southbend DXD/TZ combo clutch. that should be good for more than what i was trapping at?

Your sig says you are waiting for dsmlink for the 1Gs to come out (which I think is already out) so I assume you have a 1G with a 14b still?

Yeah, you need something fixed in that setup, unless with the temps being what they are today you may have just heat soaked the fuck out fo the stock IC. On a day like today a FMIC works fucking wonders over a stock side mount. Sounds like a good tune and a cooler day is all you would probably need for an improvement of a full second at least.

14.4 @ 80 is pretty slow. You probably got out of the hole ok, did you let off? Did your car seem to die up top? I had a similar issue last year. Car seemed like it was heat soaking and seriously lost power at the top of 3rd and all through 4th.

Post up the entire timeslip.

Your traps are way too low. Cher and Mara were running 12s and trapping in the 106-109 range with the same mods and a couple more psi of boost.

Yeah, something is off. Like Shane said, post up the whole slip. My DD talon had a MBC, K&N, wires, UICP and ghetto 2.5" cat back and ran 13.6 @ 99 on ~ 16 psi and pump gas at full weight. You should be high 12's at least.

How's your shifting doing? You must be taking too long during shifts or not shifting at the right RPMs.

i shifted quick enough i think? and i missed 4th on that 80 MPH one. I also shifted at like over 7000 in 1-2 and near 7000 2-3 and at like 6500 3-4 does that work for shifting?

That is pretty high shifts for a 14b. The 1-2 is ok, but after that shift more around 6500. Has your car been tuned?
