I have 300 miles on my HLAs and rockers, that I pulled out from a 3.5L Kia Sorento, that had like 10000 miles on them. The rockers are a little heavier and have a smaller ? hole, and the HLAs have a bigger hole, like they should, but the set was free so in thay go. I got rid of some phantom knock, and the eng runs a lot quieter & smother. I can run more boost with less phantom knock. The old HLAs and rockers had like 224000 miles on them, so I got my money out of them. Anyway just an FYI for anyone on the fence about replacing the HALs.
