Timing belt parts

Can someone list all the new parts needed to do a timing belt and waterpump correctly? Or is there someplace online I can see a list? (1992 Tsi AWD 5spd 6bolt)

I will be doing a metal headgasket and ARPs as well. Any opinions on a headgasket? Mitsu MLS or Cometic HP?

Here ya go. The parts list also doesn't include the Water Pump and the prices should be what you would end up paying at Brookdale or any other Mitus dealer when getting the discount.
