I took my upper intercooler pipe off yesterday and oil came out of it. I swear thats not normal and i know that but what causes that? I just did the 6bolt swap and got a 14B turbo(ported). Wow my car is such a piece right now. when i step on the gas it has like uber lag before it like goes anywhere. With my luck that $300 turbo is a piece of shit or something. Let me know what causes it.
Thanks,
Mike

Sounds like your turbo seal is gone and is blowing oil into your pipes.

How much oil? If it isn't a whole lot and is coating the inside of the pipe, it is just the build up from the valve cover vent that is routing excess crankcase pressure(and junk) back into your intake pipe, then going through the whole system too. Also gums up your IC pretty good too. That is if you even have this vent anymore, most just spit it out to the ground instead of recircing it, I use a catch can for it then dump it when it gets full(which hasn't happened to me yet even with all the blowby I get).

I have the PCV valve going into the intake and the other one i have a breather thingy. Also I have noticed that out of the Breather it smokes when engine is at running temp. There is oil in the intake pipe too. The oil in the intercooler pipe is quite a bit. enough to come out and make like a nickle size pool in the engine bay.

It sounds to me like its just the extra oil from the valve cover...I have that too. What do people use for catch cans?

Just get one from Summit Racing with a breather filter on top. They are $30, and come in three colors!
