soda is what they call it in the south.. pop is what they call it in the north. When I moved to TX and asked for a pop they thought I was a retard.. glad I'm back in MN. I wonder why some people call it soda pop.. *wastes time at work pondering*

Actually it is a very select area up here that calls it pop. Green bay is soda. Chicago, either one. East of that it is mostly soda. It is one of those minnesota things, ya sure ya betcha!
