So this thing just tells you if its round and doesnt do anything about it? Kinda pointless if you ask me, because if you find that its not round, then you just say.... umm its not round.... but i cant do anything about it, so i just wanted to tell you that its not round and your gonna have to deal with it. LOL Cheap purchase but pretty pointless if you ask me, at least until you get a tool to actually do something about it.

Damn tom, your absolutely right, I will go throw all my micrometers, dial indicators and bore gauges away, and especially that worthless suface plate. Imagine, the pointless purchase that was. Check something, find out its out of tollerance and stand there wondering what to do about it. Geez, what was I thinking? hahahaha. Why do you assume there is nothing that can be done about it? Just because you don't know what to do? Your one of "those" people arn't you? Im not saying that you couldnt do anything if it was off, What i was meaning is to create a total solution.
See a problem, Verify its off (as you now can), and do something about it.
I didnt mean to insult your inteligence or make you look like you didnt know what you were doing mike, just asking you a question about what you would do if it was off.

If you find it is off, you send it to the machine shop and have them fix it. Simple solution :P
