Just throwing this out there for anyone who may be building or doing some summer projects. Does anyone need any concrete work done? I can do basements Garages sidewalks stairs driveways patios, I can do colored and stamped if anyone is into that but that gets spendy. Contractor rate right now is about $2.25 to $2.50 a sqft finished. I will beat that price for sure and save anyone needing work some money. Just let me know, Just looking to get some side jobs going with a buddy here.

just kind of wondering>> but I know from experience and my dad in the concrete business, but don't u need a permit for doing concrete work, i know small like steps aren't anything big, but pouring driveways i believe you need a permit, lol i'm not trying to get anyone in trouble but i was just wondering, trying to save you guys from getting caught pouring without a permit, btw - if you need help i used to do it over the summer last year - lol, i was basically the guy who wheeled the concrete - i can do that real good! save your back and call me if you need a work horse! plus, i could borrow my dad's extremely light wheel barrow's! there the blue plastic one's.

I might need a driveway for our new house we're building. Basically three cars wide by two deep, don't remember the exact dimensions off the top of my head.

Yep, I am going to need some work done really soon too. My shop is going to get bumped up in size.

What kind of price are you looking at? $2/sqft? Does that price include rebar and cement for a garage floor?

There was only 1 period in that whole mess. Seriously you need to start taking some more time with your posts.

Only Permit needed is a builders permit from the city.

Goat Blower let me know when maybe I could come look at it this weekend or next. Where is it at?

Jet, No that price doesn't not include concrete. Jet let me know about how many sq ft your garage will be and I can shoot you a price.

X-pride send me a pm and let me know what you mean, does the old one need to be tore out?
