For 3 not that huge tacos that is a freaking load of calories fat and salt. You get almost more than your daily value in just a chipotle meal. I dont want to know the values of other real fast food or restuarants.
I like Chipotle just never knew there was so much calories, salt and fat from food that looks so good for you.
Heres what you should be getting DAILY:
Total Fat 65 grams (based on 30% of 2000 calories)
Saturated Fat 20 grams (based on 8% to 10% of 2000 calories)
Cholesterol 300 milligrams
Total Carbohydrate 300 milligrams (about 60% of 2000 calories)
Fiber 25 grams
Sodium 2400 milligrams
Potassium 3500 milligrams
Protein 50 grams (about 20% of 2000 calories)

Very few people should actually be on a 2000 calorie diet. That is quite low. My guess is most of us should be around 2500-3000.

Most of us skinny people maybe but not all of america thats for sure...
Check out the sodium! 2400 is the recommended daily value, you get 150% just in the burrito! The again, did any of us think Chipotle was healthy??
