I buddy of mine made me a new upper intercooler pipe that fits my Magnus sheetmetal and my Spearco 2-216 FMIC. This is the best craftsmanship I have ever seen. In my opinion the welds are phenomenal and it fits like a glove without hitting anything. Here are some pics.

Not trying to promote anything or piss anyone off. Just sharing the joy :)

Now it's that perty right there. Are you still running the 3052 or have you found yourself something larger?

Did he ground off all the welds? He forgot to bling the piping! haha.

Looks nice though!

Looks very nice. Welds don't look ground, they look like they were either fused without filler or keyhole plasma or similar, except the fillet. Fusing works very well to save on finishing/clean up. I don't trust it generally for IC piping, but thats just me, I have seen pipes in production that use it so it is likely fine. However it was done, the fitup work is really nice etc.
