I REALLLY need help....

Ok, i think im really screwed now... so i was typing this paper for composition in Word. I selected all the paper, and cut it to put it into an email. However i decided then that i wanted to attach the file to the email instead of the paper being the email.... so i saved the document in word (blank now that i cut it all out), and sent that, and it was blank. Then, to add to that, i cut and pasted a link to a website, so i cant paste all those words back onto a new document. HOW DO I RECOVER THIS PAPER???? It is past due, and took me forever to write, and i dont have any more copies to it!!!

From what I've ever come across, you're fucked. I believe Word's autorecovery only works if the program is forced to shutdown unexpectedly without an opportunity to save. There are reasons why the save button is your friend.

OMFG I figured it out, i almost just totaly threw somthing breakable on the ground i was so angry. I looked up Recovery in help index, and it took me through this process of opening the file again and it was there along with some computer jargon at the heading and footing of the page, but its back.... Let this be a lesson to me and you, always save it twice...
