I would keep it, who cares about the body. I would have it as my DD and work on the "race car." Are you keeping the stock block in your race car? I parted out two 90's and still have a lot of parts. Parting out is not an quick solution to $$$. A 90 has several specific parts that will not work on 91-99 so you have a smaller range of shoppers. However the damand (price) will be higher as it is more rare.

The book value means absolutely diddly on the AWD 5-speeds. I used to get people calling me telling me what my DSM was worth based on book value, I hung up on one or two people that did that. $3500 for a clean 90 with 100K is not unreasonable at all. My buddy just sold a 95 GSX with 75K on it for $7500 cash, the same day he advertised it. Condition means much more than miles or book value.

And carlos, I know what you mean. Half the car is already sold tho pending I decide to keep it or not. The tranny is already being sold for 500, it is perfect though.
