It's a Del-Slow. A T25 is even too big. lol
Your the one that sold me the turbo JACKASS lol. It spools just fine. I have the wastegate moved over with washers so its really laggy right now but once the 3s wastegate is on and I hit full boost at 2500 rpms I wont be saying its to big. Lol Alan turbo the 1.8 I'll even help Then we can race.

You guys should see the amount of smoke this thing is producing. Joe took me for a spin on Silver Lake Rd and traffic had to slow down and wait for the smoke to clear before they could see. LOL. The lil del-slow is actually kinda peppy now. Cant wait to see it with a good turbo and different waste gate.

Is there something wrong with the oil return line on the car? That is the common reason for turbos blowing oil on Honda's.

What could be wrong with the return??? I think the turbo was bad when I put it on the car because, We started the car let it run for a couple minutes while I did the fuel pressure and just let it warm up. Drove it down my buddies driveway got about 50 ft out of the garage reved it a little it was smoking. gave it a little rev at the bottom of the driveway and it was smoking even worse. Oil out the exhaust pipe. some in the charge pipe but not a whole lot. Ibought the oil feed and return lines from a buddy that ran them on his crx he blew one turbo because he put 8 qts in on accident. I didn't add the oil to lauras car someone else did the put 4.5 quarts in it should take 3.7 and then like 3.8 with oil lines, but I told him to add a little more oil so. The was a couple of variable to why it was junk. It sat for a year shaft might have rusted a little. There is a lot more shaft play now then when I put it on. It just sucks ass.
Alan when you worked at QPR is when I bought it.

Shane, I was actually thinking about that as well. I cannot remember how Joe has it laid out. But, there needs to be a path with very little restriction in it. Joe, how is it setup again? Are there any major bends or angles where the oil would come into restriction?

Kind of but not really, The line is a little bit long but it goes down and then comes back up to the oil pan. im pretty sure thats how it was on my buddies car. That wouldn't blow the turbo in a matter of minutes at idle would it? If it happend a 100 miles down the road I would expect that as the reason.
