Yep, real estate is about 1.3x what it is down there. Then again salaries are a lot higher too.

How much land went with the deal? $232K is rather expensive isn't it?
It was about 1/2 acre... Similar houses I've seen are about 250K

That's too bad :( it looked like a pretty decent house on a nice lot...and the garages were nice too :D
