Thoughts on another poker party???

I was thinking about having a poker party this saturday. What I am wondering is,

A. If anyone would object to starting somewhere around 2 or 3pm rather than at night?

B. Whether or not you would want alcohol there or not?

C. How many people would want to show up for the early time of 2 or 3pm?

D. How many people would want to show up if we decided to do it a little later?

The reason I ask these is that we have a party room here at our townhomes that we can reserve. It has a full kitchen and room for a few more people than our townhome. The only downfalls to it is it is only open until midnight, I have to put a deposit down on it which is $100 more if there will be alcohol there. I get all of the deposit back if everything is ok when they check it out the next day. I don't have a problem with the deposit, I just need to know soon if you guys want to do this or not so I can reserve it. And also if there will be alcohol there, I will need the extra deposit from whoever wants to drink.

I need to know within the next 2 days so I can reserve it. So think about it and post up if you are interested. We could always have it up here as well at our place. We just have limited space.

I forgot to mention that there is a hottub and a sauna in there too.

We could also look at maybe a 5pm start time too. Whatever will work.

I'm not sure if we will be up here this weekend. We are thinking of going to IA since we haven't been back there for a while.

Yeah, I figured 5pm would give us at least 5 to 6 hours of playing time. Plus, when we are done, we might be able to go over to our place and hang out. Maybe play a few more hands or something.

Would you want it that the starting time would be 5pm or Would it be when we all meet? I would say that we at least start by 6pm but the earlier the better.

5pm sounds good for me. If you are on a short time frame just raise the blinds a lot and offen, that will finish any game quick.
