Its oil. I caught my car with the early stages of this. The coolant was milk white with globs of oil floating around in it. Makes you wonder how much coolant got into your oil.

Looks to me like a h/g problem too. Exhaust gases leaking into the coolant and then being churned up by the water pump= SHIT in your radiator..lol I may be wrong though...

It is oil being blown into the coolant passages. Oil pressure is higher than coolant, so it blows into the coolant passages. Then it gets all mixed up by the water pump and looks like that. It definately isn't a good thing, some coolant probably went in the oil after shut down and can kill your bearings because of the diluted oil.

I drained the oil and that looked "fine", but yes, I was very curious to see how that was gonna turn out, I didnt want to have to replace some bearings.
Its on my 98 SOHC ATX Neon, aint no thing.

Yes it must be OE for neon,every one we get on trade has that.
